1. Custom TDL Licensing
Custom TDL scripts delivered are licensed for use within the agreed Tally Serial Number(s). Unauthorized reproduction, decompilation, or redistribution to non-licensed entities is strictly prohibited.
2. Compatibility & Support
Customizations are tested for compatibility with the specified Tally Prime releases. Maintenance agreements cover compatibility fixes for subsequent minor Tally updates as per service scope.
